update: 6/16/04 - Found a new program called AndreaMosaic which lets you generate tiles from a movie file. Check out this one I made from the Animatrix: (all the tiles are frames from the movie)

I used a program called Centarsia to create these photo mosaics. The set of tiles used are a combination of all my pictures along with a stock set of tiles. Approximately 50% of the tiles are my own pictures. I used the Image then Queue method, with opacity set to 90%.
